People and roles
Give everyone their own sign-in, and choose what each may do. Never share the owner's password.
Invite someone

Open People
Choose More → People, then Invite someone.

Their email and role
Type their email and choose What they may do (below).

Send the invitation
They get a link by email to choose their own name and password. Email not set up yet? You get the link to send them yourself. A link works once, for 7 days.
Roles
| Role | May |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including the licence. One per workspace. |
| Admin | Everything but owning the workspace |
| Programmer | Makes channels and schedules |
| Operator | Runs what is on air |
| Viewer | Can watch and look, nothing more |
Only the owner and admins can see or change stream keys and the licence.
Take access away
On People, choose Remove access beside the person. They are signed out everywhere at once, and any keys for automation they made stop working.
Sign in with your company account
With single sign-on, your team signs in with their Google, Microsoft or other company account instead: Single sign-on.
