Trial and licence

Your 14-day free trial starts when the install finishes. Everything works, for up to 5 channels.

When the trial ends

Nothing is deleted and nothing on air stops. Your channels keep playing and your videos stay. What waits for a licence is making changes and starting new lives.

Buy a licence, step by step

  1. Copy your Installation ID

    Open More → Licence and copy the Installation ID. A licence works on that installation only.

  2. Order

    Write to us with the ID and how many channels you need. You receive a licence file.

  3. Add it

    More → Licence → Add licence file, and choose the file. It works at once; nothing restarts. Or, on the server: sudo creekx licence the-file.txt.

Renewing

When a licence expires, channels on air keep running. You get a grace period with warnings; after it, new channels wait until you add the renewed licence the same way.
